the stupid hill + lantern festival!

i failed my road test... TT

all thanks to that stupid hill with the traffic light. NORMALLY WHEN I GO NO CAR INFRONT WAN MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.....

but but but. im retaking the road test next monday! hahah. hopefully i won't slide down the hill this time.

and i wana thank God for sending HANSEL that day. haha so ngam he failed the inside wan last time so he was there that day!. not that im happy he failed or anything but AT LEAST I GOT FRIEND!! it really helped. and thanks shuwei singhuey nathalie for the msgs! they took away most of my anxieties. well except for zayani's msg. HAHAHAH. but it cracked me up :D

oh and we celebrated our lantern festival at juiwan zhe's house! 6 storey mansion! heheh. i went there empty handed but came back 8 months pregnant. heh. and so did everyone else. SOOO MUCH FOOD!!! CAN FEED HALF OF AFRICA WEH!!!

then gorgorzhai and jun howe gor tried to throw alvin into the pool. at the end of it, alvin's handphone ended up swimming in the pool instead of him. hahhahaha. instead of diving in immediately to rescue his beloved mobile phone, he sat down on the nearby chair with an " oh.."

OWEI YOUR HANDPHONE LAAAAA UNCLE!!!!

so jun howe gor jumped in with nice shirt and pants and all to save alvin's phone. sigh. the poor guy. heheh. later, he turned on the jacuzzi thing. haha KEN HU WAS SOOO AFRAID OF THE BUBBLES!!! he jumped right out and kept on asking :" YEEE WHAT IS THISS??!!! WHY LIDAT WAAAAN??!! I DUN LIKE LARRR!!!" and he kept away from the pool... which was sortof a good thing for everybody i guess, until ivy talked to him and got him in again.

then we had a short karaoke session in the karaoke room, which our microphones were quickly taken over by alvin, suyen, ning ning and ying ying.

then we had our annual lantern walk .and so we big ones took some lanterns hanging near the pool and distributed them to those kids. NOT AN EASY TASK I TELL U!!!

"wenly jie!!! i want a green one laaa... "
"suwei jie!! how come my lantern lidat wan???"
" YERRRR I ALSO WANT THAT RED LANTERN!!"
" AIYAAAA I NEEEDDD A BIG LANTERN LAAAAA!!" <-- so obvious who it came from right??!!! hmph.
"LENGLUI JIE JIE CAN U HELP ME PRWISSSSSSS!!!"
"wenly jie my stick leh???!! i got no stick!!!!"

it took us almost an hour just to get ready and walk out from the house. to go for a 15mins walk... -.-" AND WE KEPT STOPPING.. all those kids..... :

" AIYAAA my lantern no more light ady!!"
" OIIII MINE NO FIRE ADY! GIVE ME FIRE!!! FASTERRRRR!!!!!!" this came from suyen.. so impolite! HMPH! i got also dowana give u lah.
" WAAAAIIITTT my candle no more!!!"

i nearly lost it.. ARRRGHHH!!! so mafan! five steps stop once five steps stop once.
especially KENHU who was walking beside me, halfway he said loud enough for the whole of tropicana golf club residents to hear : AIYA MY HAND VERY PAIN OWEIDY LA.. HOW ARH?!! HOW?!! I NEED TO GO BACK OWEIDY LAHH..
so i told him to shut up and walk. then KENHU SQUINTED sideways at me. HE BEH ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gosh.. kids these days arhh.. hahah even ivy threatened him, : "KEN HU if you don't keep ur voice down and shut up we won't bring you home with us. "
AHAHHAHAHHA

went swimming after that with kirly ivy khinxian and yangyang. ivy who couldn't wash her hair for THREE days went down in jui wan jie's SHOWERCAP!! AHHAHAHHA ning ning said she looked like a maid.

we had a GREAT time that day. there is nothing better than having a few hundred cousins ( heh kuajeong abit but it always seems like that to outsiders) in your family. *happy sigh*
